Clarke University Women’s Soccer is gaining attention after a strong 5-0-1 start to the 2026 season with two players earning Player of the Week already. Sophomore goalkeeper, Abigail Turley, was named the Heart of America Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week, while freshman forward, Saydee Salcedo, earned Offensive Player of the Week honors on September 7th, 2026. On Saturday, September 12th, at 1 pm, the Clarke Women’s Volleyball Team will host their annual Suicide Awareness Game in honor of Suicide Prevention Month. In addition to the match, there will also be a bake sale and a raffle, with tickets being sold throughout the game and profits being donated to a mental health organization. Adam Hicks has been a part of the Pride Football coaching staff since the very beginning of the program. The beginning of the spring semester not only means the transition to warmer temperatures, but also being able to enjoy said weather with the start of the Baseball and Softball seasons. Both teams officially kicked off their 2026 season on the first weekend of February. Softball started the weekend in Davenport, Iowa winning their season opener against Briar Cliff, falling short to St. Ambrose. Then they split a two-game series against College of St. Mary.
