Clarke's Fall Fest Brings Fun to All

Clarke hosted their 2^nd annual Fall Fest on Thursday, October 29^th, 2026 from 4-7pm. Fall Fest is an opportunity for families, students, and faculty to share a fun, interactive environment together. Activities include trick-or-treating, an interactive petting zoo, food trucks, and a haunted hallway all in the convenient location of the Student Activity Center. It offers the Clarke community a chance to decompress from a hectic semester at Clarke and build a healthy, lasting environment for all involved.

Student Organization Advisor of CAB and CSA, Anthony King, makes sure everything is organized at the event. He also named Nicole and Cat Smith as major contributors to the event. Nicole directs faculty to get involved, and Cat helped decorate the haunted hallway. King had this to say about getting involved with the event: “Just showing up. We spread the word by word of mouth. We ask coaches, students, and faculty to get involved with setting up stations and helping the event run smoothly.” King fills the role as Coordinator for Campus Activities & Leadership in the absence of Will Hudson and Callie Clark.

Overall, King describes Fall Fest as an “easy event to show up and have a great time.” Additionally, he had this to say about the event: “It’s starting to mean a lot to me. It brings students, faulty, and families together, and kids to where you work, to a positive engagement for all ages. It’s always cool for me to see kids in costumes too.” Admission is free for this family-friendly event.
